This HAUSSMANN XPERT air-powered gravity-feed spary gun is a HVLP ( High Volume
Low Pressure) sprayer. This sprayer is ideal for household tasks. It is designed to provide
equal atomization and particle size, for all kinds of surface painting. It has a lightweight
aluminum body.

1. Toxic vapours produced by spraying certain materials can be toxic and cause
serious damage to health. Always wear safety glasses, gloves and respirator to
prevent a toxic vapour hazard, solvent and paint coming into contact your eyes or
skin (see Fig 1).
2. Never use oxygen, combustible or any other bottle gas as a air source as these
could cause an explosion and serious personal injury (see Fig 2).
3. Sprayed fluids or solvents can be highly flammable or combustible. Please use
the tool in a well-ventilated area only, and avoid any ignition sources, such as
smoking or open flames (see Fig 3).
4. Disconnect tool from air supply hose before doing tool maintenance and during
non operation. For emergency stops and prevention of unintended operation, a
ball valve near the gun to air supply is recommended.
5. Use clean, dry and regulated compressed air rated at 30-50 PSI, never exceed
the maximum allowed operating pressure of 80 PSI (see Fig 4).
6. Never use homogenate hydrocarbon solvents, which can chemically react with
aluminum and zinc parts. These materials are not chemically compatible with
aluminum and zinc parts.
7. Never point spray gun at yourself or others.
8. Before operating the tool, make sure all the screws & caps are securely tightened
to prevent leaks.
9. Before painting, inspect tool to ensure free movement of the trigger and nozzle to
ensure proper tool operation.
10. Never modify the tool for other applications. Use only parts, nozzles and
accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
