MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Check Change Clean
Check-Readjust Replace if necessary.
OIL CHANGE
The engine must be filled with 20W-40 engine
oil. Failure to do so will result in the seizing of
the engine. Take the following steps to change
the oil: (refer to picture 1,2)
1. Remove the oil filler cap.
2. Drain the oil by tilting the engine.
3. Fill the oil to the oil filler neck.
4. Install the oil filler cap.
Change the engine oil after the first 15 hours of
use. Afterwards, following every 1 hour of use,
check the oil level prior to each use, add oil if
required.
SPARK PLUG
(refer to B1,B2,B3,B4)
1. Loosen 5 mm hex bolt, then remove the top
cover. Do not pull the starter grip and start the
engine when the top cover removed.
2. Remove the spark plug cap.
3. Remove the spark plug.
4.Clean the deposit or change to a new one if
the old one can not be used any more.
5.Measure the clearance, the gap should be
within 0.7mm +/- 0.1mm.
LUBRICATION
Tools Required: 13 mm Open end wrench, Clean
Rag.
Parts Required: Lithium Base Grease.
Gear Housing ( refer to B5)
Clean all loose debris from gear housing.
Remove screw plug (E) and check level of grease.
Add grease if necessary, DO NOT over fill. Install
screw plug (E).

IMPORTANT:
The rotating floor sweeper
attachment drive shaft must be lubricated with
high temperature automotive grease every
25 hours of operation , otherwise drive shaft
assembly overheating and failure can result.
