STEP 8:
Attach grounding clamp to tank handle. Attach second ground clamp around metal
hub on the junction box. Connect the two ground clamps with the supplied grounding
wire.
STEP 9:
Attach conical top blanket with Velcro closures. Align the seam of the top blanket with
the push flag. The electrical cord may exit across the Velcro seem at any location.
