TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Trouble: (Symptom)

Liquid not coming
out of device
1. Device needs four
seconds to prime the
pump before liquid
flows.
2. Device is being tilted
upward when the
tank is not full.
3. Liquid nozzle is
obstructed or
clogged.
4. Pump or liquid lines
are plugged or
inoperable.
1. Wait more than four seconds
after the device is turned ON.
2. Fill up the tank or do not
operate with upward tilt
of device.
3. Using liquid nozzle removal
tool, remove liquid nozzle and
soak liquid nozzle in warm
water until unclogged. If liquid
nozzle is damaged, contact
customer service for
spare parts.

Air not coming
out of device or
is not creating
a mist
1. Air nozzle outlet is
clogged (can pick up
debris such as mulch,
leaves, etc.).
2. Air intake (grates
on the bottom of
the device) are
clogged.
3. Fan is damaged
or inoperable.
1. Remove debris from air
nozzle outlet.
2. Check air intake. If there
is debris, remove the debris
from the intake.
3. Look through grates on
bottom of device to see if fan
is spinning or is damaged. If
debris is preventing the fan
from spinning, turn the device
OFF and remove debris.
When pouring liquid
into filter basket and
tank, the filter
basket overflows
1. Tank is already full.
2. Filter basket
is clogged.
3. Product is being
poured into device
too quickly. The filter
basket is necessary
to prevent damage
to the device.
1. Check sides of tank to
see if it is full.
2. Remove filter basket and
soak in warm water. Remove
debris from the filter basket.
3. Pour slowly to prevent
overfilling/overflowing.
