1. Liquid being used is too
thick/viscous.
2. Liquid nozzle is partially
clogged.
3. Liquid nozzle is not
properly tightened on
device.
4. Check valve on inside of
cap is clogged or stuck
closed.
1. Use only water-based
products labeled for use
with this device.
2. Using liquid nozzle
removal tool, remove
liquid nozzle and soak
in warm water until
unclogged. If liquid nozzle
is damaged, contact
customer service for
spare parts.
3. Using liquid nozzle
removal tool, fully tighten
liquid nozzle until the
stop is aligned.
4. a. Blow compressed air
in hole on outside of cap.
b. Wipe check valve on
inside of cap clean with
damp cloth.
Liquid leaking
from device
1. Liquid nozzle is not
properly seated.
2. Check valve in liquid
nozzle is stuck in the
open position.
3. Cap is not fully tightened
4. Filter basket is damaged or
not in the assembly.
5. Check valve in cap is
stuck in open position.
1. Using liquid nozzle
removal tool, fully tighten
liquid nozzle until the
stop is aligned.
2. Using liquid nozzle
removal tool, remove
liquid nozzle and soak
liquid nozzle in warm
water.
3. Fully tighten cap.
4. Put filter basket
into assembly. If it
is damaged, order
replacement part.
5. a. Blow compressed air
in hole on outside of cap.
b. Wipe check valve on
inside of cap clean with
damp cloth.
