THE
FLUE
GAS
FAN
1.
Switch the heating system off.

Allow the fire to burn out and cool down.
3.
Turn the main switch off.

Check whether the flue gas fan (1) is dirty and clean it with a steel
brush if needed.
8.
Mount the flue gas fan in the reverse sequence.
9.
Re-starting the heating system.

The flue gas fan has been cleaned.
The flue gas fan is only available with the HDG Compact 25/35
boiler.

Warning!
Risk of injury from automatically driven components
When working on the flue gas fan, unexpected start-up of the fan
wheel poses the danger of hand injuries.
Switch the heating system off before performing any cleaning or
maintenance work on the flue gas fan.
4.
Pull the plug of the flue gas
fan cable out of the plug
board.
5.
Remove the four M8 cap nuts
(2) with a 13 mm spanner.
6.
Pull the flue gas fan (1) out to-
ward the back to remove it.
