LEANING
THE
PRESSURE
EQUALISATION
HOSE
1.
Switch the heating system off.

See the “HDG Control” operating manual, chapter “5 Using the
control unit”, section “5.3 Switching off the heating system”.
2.
Allow the fire to burn out and cool down.
3.
Turn the main switch off.
4.
Use a pipe wrench to release the DN 40 union nuts on the feed
system connection nozzle (2) and on the boiler connection nozzle
(1).
5.
Detach the pressure equalisation hose (3).
6.
Inspect the pressure equalisation hose (3) for dirt and dislodge it if
necessary by forceful shaking and careful bending.
7.
Mount the pressure equalisation hose in the reverse sequence.
8.
Re-starting the heating system.
