4.6 Delivery system
The description for planning, installation and operation of the de-
livery system can be found in the corresponding operating manual.
✎
See the operating manual “Delivery system”.
4.7 Electrical system
The electrical connections must be made in accordance with DIN IEC
60364 “Setting up low-voltage electrical installations”.
✎
The technical details are described in the chapter “3 Mode of op-
eration”, section “3.3 Technical data”.
The modules must be connected in accordance with the circuit dia-
gram.

See “Electrical plans HDG Compact 25 - 80”.
4.8 Water
The diaphragm expansion vessel must be constructed in accordance
with DIN EN 13831 “Closed expansion vessels with built-in dia-
phragm for integration in water installations”.
Before putting the system into operation, the pressure of the dia-
phragm expansion vessel must be adjusted for the conditions in the
heating system and in the building.
After putting the system into operation, heat up the system to the
maximum boiler temperature and bleed air from the system again to
make sure that there are no air pockets.
The safety devices must be implemented in accordance with DIN EN
12828 “Heating systems in buildings” and the correspondingly har-
monised national standard DIN 4751, Part 2 “Closed, thermostatically
safeguarded heat generating systems with supply temperatures of
up to 120°C; safety equipment”.
In Germany, the requirements of the German energy conservation
ordinance (EnEV) must be met.
Important!
The heating system must be filled with water in accordance with
VDI guideline 2035, “Avoiding damage in hot water heating sys-
tems”.
