WARRANTY
Subject to the conditions stated below, healing digital warrants your new
Remote Control Extender to be free of defects in workmanship and
materials for 12 months from the date of purchase. For the period of
warranty healing digital’s obligation includes labour and materials, but
excludes neglect, accident, abuse and transportation to and from healing
digital’s service station. healing digital will not be liable for consequential
loss or damage arising from any function of the receiver.
healing digital reserves the right to determine at is sole discretion fault
cause. In the event of a claim, proof of purchase in the form of your Tax
invoice and this warranty slip may be required. This warranty applies to
the original purchaser only and is not transferable. The benefits conferred
by this warranty are in addition to rights provided under relevant State or
Federal legislation, but excludes any other expressed or implied warranty.
