If the trouble still persists even after the following proper countermeasures have been taken, stop
using the Comfort Chair to avoid possible accidents. Disconnect the power plug from the mam out-
let socket and consult the sales agent. Do not attempt to repair the equipment at home by yourself.

Unusual sound during operation
These sounds may be unavoidably generated

The massage chair cannot operate even though
it has been connected to the power supply
Check whether the plug is well connected and

Durmg operation the controller is working but
not the Massage Chair
The massage chair could be overheated after
prolonged use It will automatically cool down
to resume its normal condition. Please turn off
the power and allow the Chair cool off for 30 to
50 minutes
During operation, both controller and the
massager chair are not working
In the auto timing mode when the timing is ap-
propnate press the power switch. Switch power
OFF and ON again to activate the massage chair

Troubleshooting

Use dry cloth to wipe off the sweat or other stains
on the surface of the chair.
Use normal detergent to clean the stains on the
chair.
Remove the plug from the outlet before cleaning
the chair. Never touch the plug with wet hands.
Do not clean the chair with water.
Do not dry the chair with hair dryer .
Do not use scouring or abrasive cleaning agents
like alcohol, benzene etc. to clean the chair.
