A-8. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
A. GENERAL
TARGET WORKOUT
1. Select one of the workout targets.
Press one of the WORKOUT TARGET buttons (TIME,
DISTANCE, CALORIES) on the main control.
TARGET TIME (10 ~ 99)
TARGET DISTANCE (1 ~ 99)
TARGET CALORIES (10 ~ 999)
Input target value by pr / - button.
3. Start workout
Press Start button
2. Age, Weight enter
INPUT AGE (10 ~ 100)
INPUT WEIGHT (10 ~ 250)
Input target value by pr / - button.
After the workout, workout resume is displayed for 30 seconds.

During the target workout, the speed and incline can be
adjusted by the user while they can not be changed by
the user in the program workouts.
CAUTION
