A-8. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

PROFILE workout
In this workout program, the user can choose one of 6 preset
profiles and workout with thefollowing profile pattern. The heart rate
monitor is not necessary for this workout.
1. Select PROFILE
2. Select profile pattern with /- button, and push ENTER
3. Input gender.
Input gender with /- button, and push ENTER
4. Input weight.
Input weight with /- button, and push ENTER
5. Input time.
Input time with /- button, and push ENTER
6. Input max speed.
Input max speed with /- button, and push ENTER
7. Input max incline .
Input max incilne with /- button, and push ENTER
Select profile with /- button, and push ENTER or START
Choose one of 6 profiles with /- button. And push ENTER
for further data input. Or push START for beginning workout.
After the workout, workout resume is displayed for 30 seconds
