B-4. REPLACEMENT OF PARTS
B. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 7 : Unscrew the bolt of the rear roller completely.
Assembling is in reverse order.
STEP 8 : Detach the rear roller.
STEP 9 : Detach the Motor Belt-pulley and front roller.
STEP 10 : Detach the belt and the deck by pushing toward back.
LUBRICATION
1. Run treadmill at speed 1 km/h and put hose at injection hole
left side of end cover and pump the oil 50ml for each time.
refer to oil gage on bottle )
2. After pump, run treadmill at 4 km/h for 10 minutes so that oil
spread through belt.
OIL INJECTION TIME
Generally it is necessary to inject oil once a month, but it should be check
out occasionally and inject oil if necessary.
Oil should be injected if belt does not move smoothly at the begining or if
there is friction on belt.
B-5. LUBRICATION
Put the oil through injection hole at speed 1 km/h.
If treadmill run at high speed, oil will get out of belt.
Lack of oil is a cause of breakage.
Machine breakage due to usage of different oil will be responsible for user.
