POSSIBLE CAUSES:

SOLUTION:

The gas spring is blocked.

Loosen the lower attachment of the gas

spring and turn it around in a clockwise

direction. Reattach the gas spring.

The trolley refuses to move.

The rear wheels are blocked due to the

brakes. Loosen the brakes.
