1. Select "TARGET H.R."

2. Use "UP" and "DOWN" button to enter your age, press 

“MODE” to next step.

3. Use “UP” and “DOWN” button to select 55, 75, 90 or THR.

4. Use MODE to setup “TIME”, and other value if you select 

55, 75 or 90% mode.

4-2. if you select THR then use “UP” and “DOWN” to set 

heart rate, default is 100.
