This is normal and will not affect operation.

VENTILATION 

 

Sufficient space is needed around the appliance while it is in use. Avoid any loose material 

hanging neat the appliance such as a curtain or blind. 12cm space around the appliance on 

all sides and 100cm of clear space height wise is advisable.
