Please note that the rechargeable battery inside the Hearing Aid should only be
removed and/or replaced by Hearing Assist, LLC. Attempting to self service any
part of the Hearing Aid or case will void the warranty.
• The rechargeable battery is designed to last for at least 500 recharge cycles.
Afterwards, the battery will need to be serviced and/or the Hearing Aid replaced. With
proper care, the battery can last for up to and beyond 1000 charge cycles.
• To extend usage life of the battery, keep the Hearing Aid in its case and charging
when not in use.
• Do not turn the volume on the Hearing Aid all the way down or off prior to charging.
Doing so will turn the Hearing Aid off and prevent it from charging.
• The AAA batteries supplied with the charging case are not rechargeable and
can be replaced with standard AAA batteries.
