LED of all connected smoke alarms will flash twice per second for
five minutes and EchoAlert® Vibrating Pager will flash and vibrate.
Alternatively use TEST/RESET button on the EchoAlert® Vibrating
Pager to check these connections. Stope testing procedure by
pressing the test buttons
once.
Unpairing
Please note:
On a rare occasion you may need to un-pair
EchoAlert® Smoke Alarm from the master unit. Please follow
instruction below:
Unpairing process
1.
Disconnect the smoke alarm you want to unpair from the
mounting plate, or by turning the activation switch with a
screwdriver.
2.
Press and hold the test button and activate the smoke alarm again
by turning the activation switch clockwise.
3.
Hold the test button while the LED lights up red and release it
when the LED turns off.
4.
When the LED lights up again press the test button once
5.
The LED will start flashing to indicate that network is being
cleared.
6.
When the LED turns off the connection is successfully cleared.
