E. Positioning the Logs
If the gas logs have been factory installed they should not
need to be positioned. If the logs have been packaged
separately, refer to the following instructions.
Log Set Assembly: LOGS-550BE
Models: SL-550BE, SL-550BE-IPI
CAUTION:
Logs are fragile.
Log #1 (SRV2114-701)
: Locate slots A and B on the bottom
of log #1 (see Figure 1). Using fi gures 1 and 2, mate slot A
with tab A and slot B with tab B. Log # 1 should rest on the
burner top as shown above.

Log #2 (SRV2114-702)
: Locate the 2 slots on the bottom of
log #2. Mate these slots with the 2 front tabs located on the
top edge of the Burner shield. Log # 2 will slightly overhang
the burner shield as shown above.
