This heater is for use on 120 volts. The cord has a plug as shown in figure a. an adapter as shown in figure C is
available at retail stores (not included) for connecting three-blade grounding type plugs to two-slot receptacles.
The green grounding lug extending from the adapter must be connected to a permanent ground such as a
properly grounded outlet box. The adapter should not be used if a three-slot grounded receptacle is available.

To disconnect the heating unit first turn off the product, then grip the plug and pull it from the wall outlet.

The new Cool Touch Vent keeps the heating unit from getting hot; but the output air may still vary in temperature. at times
the air may become intense enough to burn exposed skin. Use of this heating unit is not recommended for persons with
reduced sensitivity to heat or an inability to react to avoid burns.
DO NOT
burn wood or other materials in this fireplace.
DO NOT
strike fireplace glass.
when transporting or storing the fireplace and cord, keep in a dry place, free from excessive vibration and store so as
to avoid damage.
