Make sure the breakers at the main
electrical panel are ON. Ensure the
MODEL 1 is wired properly in
accordance to your licensed electrician.
Verify the breaker is not faulty.

Increase the temperature setting of the
unit (See NORMAL OPERATION
instructions on page 10).
Depending on the incoming water
temperature and power setting, your
water flow rate may exceed the heating
capacity of your MODEL 1. Reduce the
flow rate at the faucet.
If it is a new installation, have your
licensed electrician double check the
wiring. It is possible the wiring is
incorrect.
Increase the amperage to resolve this
issue. If the amperage is set to full
power, decrease the flow rate (See
page 13 for expected temperature rise).
