If there is a problem with the machine indicated by an error message on the display, the main switch must
always
be turned off,
the fault must be corrected and the main switch finally turned on again. This puts the machine in the “PRE-RESET” mode. In this
mode, the button 11 “RESET” is pressed, and the machine will change to “READY” mode.

Note: The Mixer is used when the water authorities demands cleaning of the water before it is emptied into the drain.
Please contact your Wheel Washer dealer for further information (original assessory 1360 “Water Cleaning Kit” will be
needed in this case). The Mixer is also used as an aid during the granula collection, and to enhance the general cleaning
performance. These functions however are integrated and must not be activated by this button.

Alarm button. When this button is pressed, all movements in the machine are interrupted, the pneumatic system is emptied of
air, and “ERROR 16” is shown on the display.
DETERGENT
HEDSON TECHNOLOGIES AB offers a detergent as an option. This detergent is developed specifically for this Wheel Washer in
order to minimize the risk of developing foam. The detergent can be ordered using the number BIO-291. It is delivered in packages
of 5 kg, and you will need approx. 100-200 ml per 100 l of water (i.e. 300-900 ml for one full machine).
If the water cleaning method developed by HEDSON TECHNOLOGIES AB is used (original assessory 1360 “Water Cleaning
Kit”), no detergent may be used in the machine, as the usage of a detergent influences the flocculation process negatively.
HEDSON TECHNOLOGIES AB will
not
accept any responsibility or warranty claims what so ever for poor washing result,
operational disturbances or damages on the machine like for instance corrosion, caused by the use of non approved detergents or
chemicals in connection with the Wheel Washer. Furthermore, HEDSON TECHNOLOGIES AB is
NOT
responsible for the
safety of the machine (declared through the CE label) when other detergents or chemicals are used.
GRANULA
The granula mixture is carefully designed by HEDSON TECHNOLOGIES AB to give the best possible washing result without
damaging the rims. It has specially adapted floating properties, degrees of hardness and wearing qualities.
HEDSON TECHNOLOGIES AB will
not
accept any responsibility or warranty claims what so ever for poor washing result or
operational disturbances in the machine, for instance blocked pipes caused by the use of non approved granula in connection with
the Wheel Washer. Furthermore, HEDSON TECHNOLOGIES AB is
not
responsible for the safety of the machine (declared
through the CE label) when other granula are used.
The granula should be replaced altogether once a year (or after 10.000 wash cycles).
