Photocopy the form before use to ensure that a
blank is available for future use.
Note:
Always
specify the
serial number
or the
service number
attached to the unit on which
problems or faults in production occur.
Specify the exact names of the products
(unit description, software and version).
Only describe one problem per form. State the
exact conditions under which the problem
occurred, e. g. error messages, serial or service
number of the unit, modifications, software used
and its version etc.
Specify your complete address, your customer no.
and if possible your telephone number, fax num-
ber and e-mail address.
Send the problem report to the branch office
responsible for you, or to your Heidelberg repre-
sentative.
