Cut the food to the right size and put it in the tray.

We suggest you add lemon juice over the food, to preserve color.

Cut off the soft and rotten parts of the food. Also remove them.

Cut the food to the right size and put it in the tray.

We recommend you boil the vegetables for 1-2 minutes. After they are cool
and dry, you can place them in the appliance.

Drying plants

We suggest you dry the fresh leaves.

After drying the plants, store them in paper bag or in a glass. Keep them away
from sunlight.
Storing food

The storage container must be dry and clean.

We recommend you to store the food in a glass container covered with a
metallic lid. Keep them in a cool place, with the temperature between 5-20
degrees and away from direct sunlight.
6.
Please verify the food to be 100% dry. If you find food that is not dried, please
put it back in the appliance to dry them again.
Warning: The dry food must be 100% cold before storing them in closed containers.
