Safety regulations
The U 130-T spotlight is an underwater spotlight which must at all times be used under water, to
ensure optimum cooling. Before using the spotlight under water, and on every occasion that the
lamp retaining ring is opened, please always ensure that
❊ ❊❊
the housing sealing ring is correctly positioned, and
❊ ❊❊
the lamp retaining ring is screwed straight onto the lamp housing.
The company can accept no liability for halogen bulb faults caused by moisture entering the lamp
housing as a result of poorly fitted retained rings or the non-insertion of sealing rings. If the
lamp retained ring is fitted according to the instructions, the halogen bulb should have a service
life of approx. 2000 hours.
Do not operate if cable or housing appear to be defective. Defective cord is not repairable and
cannot be replaced. When disposing of apparatus, render it inoperable. Power supply must corre-
spond to information on data plate. Do not carry, hang or pull by the connection cord.
Before dismantling: Turn off the power supply of all electrical devices that are connected through
the water.
