BEFORE USE
Remove the battery insulator from the battery compartment at the bottom cabinet.
POWER SOURCE
The unit operates on 1 x DC1.5V G10 button cell battery.
CHANGING BATTERY
The battery has to be replaced when the unit’s display gets dim.
1. Unscrew and remove the Battery Door from the back of the unit.
2. Replace the exhausted battery with a new one with positive (+) terminal facing upwards.
Important
i. Be sure that the battery is installed correctly according to the polarity
diagram on the rating label. Wrong polarity may damage the unit.
ii. For better performance and longer operating time, we recommend the use
of good quality alkaline battery.
iii. To avoid damage caused by leakage of the battery fluid, replace battery
once every 12 months. Old battery can cause damage to the unit and will
void the warranty.
iv. Do not dispose of batteries in fire, batteries may explode or leak.
