The machine is equipped with an electrical panel that acts both as a control panel and as a container for
the protection elements of the electric motor.
The dashboard is positioned on the front of the machine at the level of the handle.
In this position, the machine is easier to turn on and off the machine, as well as keeping all the machine’s
functions under control by means of warning lights placed in the dashboard in question.
In addition, the handle also acts as a protector for the dashboard which is therefore protected from ac-
cidental impacts that could damage the equipment and consequently make it impossible to operate the
machine.
KEYBOARD
Below is the keyboard layout:
The machine is switched on by long pressing (1”) of the ON button, and is switched off by long pressing
(1”) of the OFF key. The other keys take on specific functions that vary according to screen dependent
specifications.
VIEWS
The views on the main screen are as follows:
• Card model / status (ON / OFF)
• Hour meter
• Filter clogging percentage bar
• Card serial number
The navigation between the various screens is done using the
▲
and
▼
keys. The display
automatically returns to the card model / status template after 60” from any key pressing.
If there are active alarms the main screen is displayed in alternation with the alarm screen in which the
numerical code of the alarm is indicated and the descriptive message.
The status LEDs on the left of the display have the following meaning:
• Led 1: fan on
• Led 2: self-cleaning valves on (if function enabled)
• Led 3: clogged filter warning (600 h)
• Led 4: clogged filter warning (on - if function enabled)
The ON / OFF keys are illuminated in accordance with the state of the machine:
• machine off: OFF button is lighted
• machine on: ON key is illuminated
MENU AND PASSWORD
There are 4 menus:
• test menu
• user menu
• service menu
• factory menu
Navigation in the menu items is done using the

keys, the selection of a submenu or exit from a menu
is done by pressing ENTER at the submenu or exit menu item. Changing a menu item (if enabled) occurs
using the - and + keys. In menu mode the arrows

are shown on the display to indicate whether

are enabled, the symbols - and + if the modification of the menu item is enabled and
the symbol

if the ENTER key is enabled (the entry is associated with the access to the submenu or exit

Access to the user, service and factory menus is performed with the machine switched off using the long
