BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Your welding machine is an excellent AC/
DC pulsed TIG arc welder which adopts the
latest pulse medium frequency width modu
-
lation (PWM) technology. It is characterized
with portable, small size, light weight, low
consumption etc.
This welding machine has good performan
-
ce: constant current output, fast response,
HF striking arc, and the welding current can
be adjusted steplessly and pre-set. It can
work in 2 Stroke or 4 Stroke mode.
It also has automatic protection functions:
short-circuit, over-voltage, less-voltage, over-
current, and over-heat. If any one of the abo
-
ve problems happens, the alarm lamp on the
front panel will be lighted and output current
will be shut off automatically to protect the
unit itself and prolong the using life.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The working principle of your welding ma
-
chine is shown as the following figure. Sin
-
gle phase work frequency AC 115/230V (50
Hz) is rectified into DC (about 380V), then is
converted to medium frequency AC (about
44KHz) by inverter device (IGBT). The me
-
dium frequency voltage is reduced by a tran
-
sformer (the main transformer), rectified by a
medium frequency rectifier (fast recovery dio
-
de) and is output direct or alternating accor
-
ding to the setting. The circuit adopts current
feedback control technology to insure current
output stably.
INSTALLATION
UNPACKING
This electric appliance comes in a cardboard
box, complete with power cable (without a
plug), gas tube (without a connector) and a
use and maintenance booklet.
• Remove the welding generator from its
packaging and make sure it has not been
damaged during transportation. In case of
doubt, contact your supplier or our assistan
