ASSEMBLY
SETP 1:
(
272800 & 272817 only
)
Tighten 4pcs short double
headed bolts (16) to the rear of burner screen
assembly (3). Fix outer heat shield (4) to the bolts
(16), add

6 flat washer (15) and tighten M6 cap
screw (14). (Detail Abb. A)
SETP 2:
Put 4pcs of long double headed bolts (17) and flat
washer

6 (15) onto top of burner screen (3) (front line)
and 2pcs of short double headed bolts (16) and flat
washer

SETP 3:
Put left panel of reflector (1) on top of burner screen
assembly (left side) and fix it with 3pcs

6 flat washer
(15) and 3pcs M6 cap screws (14) firstly. Match the
right panel of reflector (2) to the pins of left panel of
reflector(1) and fix it to burner screen assembly (3)
with 3pcs

6 flat washer (15) and 3pcs M6 cap
screws (14). Lock the connection clip of reflector (18)
in the middle with the clip in the rear. (Detail Abb. C)
SETP 4: (272800 & 272817 only)
The minimum height of
mounting holes of expansion bolts is about 1.48m..
Attach burner bracket (19) to the wall properly with
4pcs expansion bolts M8*45 (20), 4pcs flat washers

8 (21), 4pcs spring washers (22) and 4pcs hex
screws (23) (Detail Abb. D).
STEP 5: (272800 & 272817 only)
Put rubber hose through the
hole of bent post of burner bracket (19). Fix the
finished burner assembly on the burner bracket (19)
with 4pcs bolts M5*12 (24) and 4pcs flat washers

SETP 6: (272909 & 272916 only)
Screw rear panel of housing
(9) to the base (11) with 5pcs bolts M5 x 10 (24) and
5pcs washer

Put the housing lid (8) over
rear panel of housing (9) and place onto rear panel of
housing (9). Screw together the housing lid (8) and
rear panel of housing (9) with 5pcs bolts M5 x 12 (24)
and 5pcs flat washers

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
List of Required Tools: Philip Screwdriver / Adjustable Spanners / Wrenches
Leak Detection Solution one part detergent and three parts water
Assemble all nuts and bolts loosely at first. Tighten all connections after completion of assembly. This
eases your work and increase the stability of the appliance.
Before assembly, make sure all packing material and any transmit protection must be moved.
Small deviations in equipment may occur. This is no lack of quality but caused by improvements.
