4 Programming the presets, correction values and prescaler
4.2 Programming presets, correction value and prescaler
By pressing the E-button you get to the setting of presets, correction value and prescaler. With every pressing of
the E-button you will get to the next settable value. If passed through all values, the next pressing of the E-but-
ton saves all values and the counter returns to the display mode.
In the programming mode the selected digit can be changed by using the SHIFT-button. Each time pressing the
shift button the digit one to the left is selected. With the UP-button the value of the selected digit is raised by
one.
Presets and correction values can be positive or negative. The prescaler value can only be positive.
If the fifth digit is changed from 9 to 0 the leading sign is changed.
If presets, correction values or prescaler are locked with F31-F36, these will not be shown.
When setting the correction value, first the counting value is on the display. This value can be changed and will
be saved when returning to the display mode.
When leaving the programming mode, presets and correction value will be checked if the set values are able to
reach. This is necessary as with a prescaler > 1 not all values can be reached.
Presets and correction values will be rounded to the next available value.
If in the programming mode no button is used for 16 seconds, the counter returns to the display mode.
The values which have been saved by then will be kept.
