CHEESE FONDUE FUNCTION 

Press the FUNCTION / MODE button 5 times, the red Indicator Light will illuminate on 
CHEESE / FROMAGE. The default temperature of 165 °F and the default time of 60 minutes will 
appear in the Display Window. The temperature and time will appear in in the Display Window 
in 10-second intervals.

To adjust the temperature, press the “+” or “-” buttons to select from these 3 settings : 155 °F, 
165 °F and 175 °F.  

To adjust the time, press on the TIMER / TEMPS button and then on the “+” or “-” buttons to 
adjust cooking time from 0 minute up to 90 minutes in increments of one minute. For 10-minute 
increments, hold the “+” or “-” button for a few seconds.

NOTE:

 Only use this function when you are ready to eat the cheese fondue. Use the Cheese 

Fondue function after you have melted your cheese to maintain the right temperature for 
eating. 

CHOCOLATE FONDUE FUNCTION 

Press the FUNCTION / MODE button 6 times, the red Indicator Light will illuminate on 
CHOCOLATE / CHOCOLAT. The default temperature of 140 °F and the default time of 60 
minutes will appear in the Display Window. The temperature and time will appear in the 
Display Window in 10-second intervals.

To adjust the temperature, press the “+” or “-” buttons to select from these 3 settings:  
130 °F, 140 °F and 150 °F.

To adjust the time, press on the TIMER / TEMPS button and then on the “+” or “-” buttons 
to adjust cooking time from 0 minute up to 90 minutes in increments of one minute. For 
10-minute increments, hold the “+” or “-” button for a few seconds.

NOTE:

 Only use this function when you are ready to eat the chocolate fondue. Use the 

Chocolate Fondue function after you have melted your chocolate to maintain the right 
temperature for eating. 

GREEN TEA FUNCTION 

Press the FUNCTION / MODE button 7 times, the red Indicator Light will illuminate on GREEN 
TEA / THÉ VERT. The default temperature of 175 °F and the default time of 10 minutes will 
appear in the Display Window. The temperature and time will appear in the Display Window 
in 10-second intervals..

To adjust the temperature, press the “+” or “-” buttons to select from these 3 settings: 150 °F, 
175 °F and 212 °F.  

To adjust the time, press on the TIMER / TEMPS button and then on “+” or “-” buttons 
to adjust cooking time from 0 minute up to 30 minutes in increments of one minute. For 
10-minute increments, hold the “+” or “-” button for a few seconds.
