HEMS stipulates the warranty for the original purchaser as follows:

HEMS provides 12 months warranty period on its any product for any defect
caused by material or manufacturing quality starting from the installation day.

According to the warranty stipulation, HEMS's responsibilities are limited to
repair and replacement of the part and material recognized in conformity with
above conditions.

HERMES won't bear any responsibility for any damage caused by misapplication
of the user or repair of disapproval
