Safety instructions regarding
malfunctions
DANGER
Danger to life due to electric shock
Touching electrically live parts can be fatal.
a)
Switch off the device and pull out the mains
plug.
CAUTION
Danger due to missing safety covers
Missing safety covers can lead to injuries.
a)
Before switching on the device, install all the
safety covers that may have been removed
for troubleshooting purposes.
b)
Check all the safety devices before switching
on the device.

Restarting after an unscheduled
downtime
Power failure
After a power failure, restart the device at the
control panel.

The message is automatically reset
when an empty condensate tank is

Move the device to a room where
the ambient temperature is above

If the device is not automatically
reset, switch it off and disconnect it
from the power supply. The
reconnect it and switch it on again.

Hygrostat failure/malfunction.
The device is not shut down.
Replace the probe; for details,
please contact the HEYLO Service
Department.

"Pro3"
Ambient temperature sensor fail-
ure/malfunction.
The device switches to ready mode.
Replace the probe; for details,
please contact the HEYLO Service
Department.

"PunP"
Fault in condensate pump con-
nection (only in devices with con-
densate pump). Plug cover not
correctly positioned.
Adjust the position of the plug cov-
er. The fault signally is automatical-
ly reset, if the pump is connected
and the plug cover is correctly posi-
tioned.
+
"dEFr"
Defrost thermostat fail-
ure/malfunction.
The device switches to ready mode.
Replace the thermostat; for details,
please contact the HEYLO Service
Department.
The device is
