  Never run the tool without the sanding paper. You may seriously damage the pad.

  Using the tool with the pad edge contacting the workpiece may damage the pad.

NOTE

 

Movement of the sander may tend to become unsteady after new sanding paper has been 

installed, because of the new, coarse grain of the paper. This can be avoided by slightly 

tilting the sander forward or backward during sanding or polishing. Sander movement will 

become steady as the sanding paper surface becomes properly abraded.

HOW TO INSTALL THE SELECTING ACCESSORIES

WARNING

 

To avoid serious accident, ensure the 

switch is in the OFF position, and pull 

out the battery.

 

Installing the polyester bu

  or the 

polishing sponge.

 

Since the attachment is a hook-and-

loop type as with the sanding paper, the 

polyester bu

  or the polishing sponge 

can be mounted by just pressing it onto 

the pad (

).

ATTACHING THE DUST COLLECTOR

External extraction system:

Connect a suitable extraction device.

Use a suction hose with vacuum adapter (A) or (B) if necessary.
