12.4 Why there is no image in the live view?
Reason
●
Enabled trigger mode, but there is no trigger signal.
●
Incorrect device mode settings, and no codes are recognized within the field of view.
Solution
●
Disable the trigger mode.
●
Set the device mode as the test mode.
12.5 Why the recognized codes are opposite in direction with
actual ones?
Reason
Inconsistency between TDI Direction settings and the running direction of the conveyer belt and the
direction that device captures images.
Solution
Go to
Feature Tree
→
Image Settings
→
TDI Direction
, and set the
TDI Direction
according to actual
demands.
If the running direction of the conveyer belt is the same with the direction that device captures
images, and select
Forward Direction
as
TDI Direction
. Otherwise, select
Backward Direction
as
TDI

.
