8.5.5 IO Communication
The IO communication allows you to output solution result via IO. The device has 3 outputs,
including IO3, IO4, and IO5.
Note
One IO module can set multiple IO statuses, but one solution supports one IO module at most.
Output Type: It includes NG_Output, OK_Output, and exp_event. NG_Output means that when
the solution result is NG, the device will output data. OK_Output means that when the solution
result is OK, the device will output data. exp_event means that once the device exposures and
acquires images, the device will output data.
Note
●
If exp_event is selected as Output Type, you can set advance time of exposure in Advance.
●
The Advance parameter may differ by device models.
Output Condition: It links the results of previous module.
Note
If exp_event is selected as Output Type, Output Condition and Cache Enable are unavailable.
Duration refers to the duration of outputting IO signal. Delay refers to the waiting time before the
device outputs IO output signal. Valid Electrical Level sets what electrical level is valid, and you
can select low level or high level according to actual demands.
You can also enable Cache Enable to output trigger cache, and the device can save up to 32 output
