2.1 Troubleshooting Viking™ M mobile lift, 2040005
1. Check that the emergency stop button is not pushed in.
2. Check that the cables are connected correctly.
3. Cgheck that the charging cable is not connected to the wall socket.
4. Check that the battery is charged.
5. Check that the contact plates on the battery pack are not defected
or broken.
5. If the lift still does not work satisfactorily, contact Hill-Rom.

2. Use the electrical emergency lowering to safely lower the patient.
3. Use the mechanical emergency lowering device (marked) to safely
lower the patient.
4. Check that the battery is charged.

The base-width adjustment does not
work (in/out).
Battery charging does not work.
The lift stops in the elevated position.
