Unpacking 

Verify the parts received according to your purchasing contract and packing list to ensure 
that you have received all items necessary. If you have any problem, please contact your 
sales representative. 

Installation Devices, Tools, and Cables 

A Hillstone firewall appliance is shipped with a power cable and a console cable, and you 
should have the following items before the installation: 

 

Terminal: Configuration terminal (an ordinary PC is sufficient). 

 

Tools: Philips screwdrivers and ESD-preventive wrist strap. 

 

Cables: Power cable, console cable, and Ethernet cable.
