Brush Deck Actuator
Adjust the micro switches inside the actuator using the appro-
priate adjusting screws. In lifted position, the brushes must be
able to move easily under the deck .
Requirements:
Switched Off machine, remove the batteries and
the battery support.
Procedure:
Remove the black plastic cover from the brush deck actua-
tor.
Adjust the brush deck lowering micro (blue wire) so that
there is a maximum distance between the frame and the
brush deck mechanics of approx. 15 mm. Make sure that
once the battery support is reinstalled, the actuator will
not impact the support itself.
Adjust the brush deck lifting micro (brown wire) so that
the brush deck mechanism doesn’t touch the brush motor.
When adjusting the lifting microswitch, also consider the
action of the safety ball knob, it should not touch the frame.
