Scrub Deck Actuator
T20SC PRO
The scrub deck actuator does not need
any particular adjustment, if neces-
sary check that the two internal mi-
croswitches are placed at the ends of the
actuator
(see fig.
. Check that the mi-
cro switches have the rod bent at the
end.
T20SC ORBITAL PRO
The scrub deck actuator does not need
any particular adjustment, in case of
need check that with the scrub deck on
the ground the actuator rod has the be-
ginning of the conical part flush with the
microswitch
(see fig.
. If necessary,
adjust the rod by screwing it or unscrew-
ing it and fix the setting with the lock-
nut.

Maintenance

6.3.1
Brush Motor
Check

Turn on the machine and access the
operating parameters in the menu on
the display.
Mount the PPL 0,6 brushes and activate
the brush motor; the current absorption
must be less than
25 Ampere
in stan-
dard mode and less than
37 Ampere
in
Power mode.
The motor
should rotate evenly and
smoothly and doesn’t have to produce
unusual noises.
The motor contacts
have to be clean, they have not to show
signs of wear or heating in general.
The motor wires
insulation has to be
intact in all its parts and does not show
signs of cracks. The single cable have to
be flexible.
The carbon brushes must be

inch long
and they have not to be abnormally worn
out.

Motor carbon brushes replacement:
Procedure:
• Secure the machine.
• Remove the base from the machine
(see section
at page

• Loosen the screws that secure the
collar brush guard.
• Disconnect the Carbon brushes con-
nector from the input power line to
the motor.
• Replace the carbon brushes being
careful not to ruin them during as-
sembly.
• Proceed to the reverse operations to
reassemble it all.
