Using the web browser to establish a connection with the
Edge Gateway

You have three possibilities to access the Edge Gateway:

1. by means of the host name (see section

2. by access via the Windows network (see section

Using the host name

The Edge Gateway has a host name you can use to access the device.

Where do you find the host name on the device?

The device is delivered (factory setting) with a label printed at its bottom. In
the figure below the host name has a red frame.
