Transport information
Commercial transport of Li-ion batteries is subject to dangerous goods
regulations. Transport preparations and transport are to be carried out
exclusively by appropriately trained persons and/or the process must be
supervised by corresponding experts or qualified companies.

3 Description
3.1 Intended use
Hilti
Li-ion batteries may be used only in conjunction with
Hilti
electric tools.
Observe the national health and safety requirements.
Observe the safety rules and operating instructions for the battery charger
and electric tool used.
Do not use the battery as a power source for other unspecified appliances.
Tampering with or modification of the battery is not permissible.
The Li-ion battery is designed for professional use and may be operated,
serviced and maintained only by trained, authorized personnel. This person-
nel must be informed of any particular hazards that may be encountered.
The battery may present hazards when used incorrectly by untrained per-
sonnel or when used not as directed.
