2. Grip the other end of the battery and pull it out of the housing.

Operation, charger, wireless remote control
7.3.1 Inserting the battery
1. Apply light pressure to push the battery against the contacts in the charger.
2. Push the battery up.
The battery must slide easily into the correct position. If resistance is perceptible, check whether
the battery has been inserted wrong way round.
Charging begins automatically.
7.3.2 Removing the battery
1. Apply light pressure to push the battery against the contacts in the charger.
2. Pull the battery down.
The battery is fully charged as soon as the yellow LED goes out.
For safety reasons, the battery should, however, be removed from the charger after completion of
charging.

Attempting care and maintenance with the supply cord connected to a power outlet

Always unplug the supply cord before carrying out care and maintenance tasks.

• Carefully remove any dirt that may be adhering to parts.
• Clean the air vents carefully with a dry brush.
• Use only a slightly damp cloth to clean the casing. Do not use cleaning agents containing silicone as
these may attack the plastic parts.

Repairs to the electrical section of the tool or appliance may be carried out only by trained electrical

• Check all visible parts and controls for signs of damage at regular intervals and make sure that they all

• Do not operate the product if signs of damage are found or if parts malfunction. Have it repaired

Service.
• After cleaning and maintenance, fit all guards or protective devices and check that they function correctly.

Cleaning the marker system
1. Set the rocker switch on the wireless remote control to the position for working / drilling.
2. Open the door of the service compartment.
3. To clean the marker system, open the "Service" menu on the tablet and select the "Service marker
system" operation.
➥ The robot arm moves to the appropriate service position.
4. Close the main valve.
