5. Vent the marker-fluid tank via the vent valve.
6. Disconnect the pressure hose from the tank cap.
7. Disengage and remove the tank cap.
8. To clean the tank and the hose system, fill the tank with thinner.
9. Close the tank cap.
10. Connect the pressure hose to the tank cap.
11. Close the vent valve and then open the main valve.
12. Press the cleaning button and hold it down until all the thinner has been purged from the system.
Make sure that a suitable container is in position directly underneath the marker nozzle.
If necessary, repeat the procedure until the marker system is clean
To keep the marker fluid from drying inside the marker nozzle, clean the system before stowing
away the equipment.
Use only the thinner available from
Hilti
to clean the marker system.
13. Exit the Service menu.
14. Close the door of the service compartment.
8.3
Filling the marker system
1. Set the rocker switch on the wireless remote control to the position for working / drilling.
2. Open the service compartment.
3. Open the Service menu on the tablet and select the "Marker system" operation.
➥ The robot arm moves to the appropriate service position.
4. Close the main valve.
5. Vent the marker-fluid tank via the vent valve.
6. Close the vent valve.
7. Disconnect the pressure hose from the tank cap.
8. Disengage and remove the tank cap.
9. Fill the marker-fluid tank with marker fluid.
10. Close the tank cap.
11. Connect the pressure hose to the tank cap.
12. Open the main valve.
13. Press the cleaning button and hold it down until marker fluid starts to come out of the spray nozzle.
Make sure that a suitable container is in position directly underneath the marker nozzle.
Use only the marker fluid available from
Hilti
to fill the marker system.
14. Exit the Service menu on the tablet.
15. Close the door of the service compartment.

Maintenance, wireless remote control
8.4.1 Daily maintenance work
1. Check mechanical operation of the emergency stop system.
Result
The emergency stop button must be easy to press down and reset.

Service.
2. Check the wireless remote control for external damage.
Result
Make sure there are no signs of external damage.
In the event of damage, contact
Hilti
Service.
3. Clean the wireless remote control.
Do not use solvents, corrosive or flammable materials for cleaning.
Do not use steam cleaners or high-pressure cleaning equipment.
8.4.2 More extensive maintenance work
