2. Connect the diagnosis tool
(HINO-DX) to the vehicle.
3. Set the starter key to the "ON"
position.
4. In [Fault Information] on the
diagnosis tool screen, check if
DTC P324B-62 or P324C-61 is
detected.

Checking the
activation of
inverter cool-
ing pump
[HINO-DX]
1. In [Activation Test] on the diag-
nosis tool screen, select [HV
water pump drive duty value].
2. Run the inverter cooling pump
at a duty value of 90% to check
that the cooling fan is rotating.

Inspecting the
voltage of
vehicle wire
harness
1. Set the starter key to the
"LOCK" position.
2. Disconnect the PCU harness
(24P) connector.
3. Using the electrical tester, mea-
sure the voltage between the
3rd terminal of PCU harness
(24P) vehicle-side connector
and the ground.
