HV battery
ECU [HINO-

1. Set the starter key to the
"LOCK" position.
2. Connect the diagnosis tool
(HINO-DX) to the vehicle.
3. Set the starter key to the "ON"
position.
4. In [Fault Information] on the
diagnosis tool screen, check if
any DTC related to the HV bat-
tery line is detected.
DTC related to
the HV battery
line is
detected: Go
to YES.
DTC related to
the HV battery
line is not
detected: Go
to NO.
Perform trou-
bleshooting for
each of related
DTC.
(If communica-
tion between
the diagnosis
tool and the
HV battery
ECU is not
available,
replace the HV
battery ECU.)
Go to step 2.

Reproduction
check [HINO-
DX]
1. Clear the malfunction history.
2. Set the starter key to the
"LOCK" position and wait for 1
minute.
3. Set the starter key to the "ON"
position and wait for 1 minute.
4. In [Fault Information] on the
diagnosis tool screen, check if
any of the following DTC is
detected.
•
P3001-41, P3001-43,
P3001-44, P3001-45,
P3001-4B, P3001-4C
DTC (P3001-
41, P3001-43,
P3001-44,
P3001-45,
P3001-4B, or
P3001-4C) is
detected: Go
to YES.
DTC (P3001-
41, P3001-43,
P3001-44,
P3001-45,
P3001-4B, or
P3001-4C) is
not detected:
Go to NO.
Replace the
HV battery
ECU.
The inspec-
