To clean the product, wipe it gently with a soft cloth
moistened with water or mild detergent. Never use
solvents such as benzene, alcohol, acetone, ether,
ketones, thinners or gasoline, as they can deform
and discolor the case.
• If the product seems to be malfunctioning, con-
firm that the batteries are not discharged, and
that the test leads and fuse are not open cir-
cuited before contacting your dealer or Hioki rep-
resentative.
• To avoid corrosion from battery leakage, remove
the batteries from the product if it is to be stored
for a long time.
The following error message may appear on the
instrument due to an internal circuit malfunction.
This indicates that the instrument requires repair.
Please contact your dealer or nearest HIOKI rep-
resentative.
