Thank you for purchasing the HIOKI "9264-01/02 WIRING
ADAPTER." To obtain maximum performance from the prod-
uct, please read this manual first, and keep it handy for future
reference
The Wiring Adapter are specially designed to facilitate con-
nections to three-phase 3- and 4-wire systems using the 3196
POWER QUALITY ANALYZER.
Model 9264-01 WIRING ADAPTER
:
For three-phase 3-wire (3P3W3M)
Only three voltage cords need to be connected to the circuit,
instead of six.
Model 9264-02 WIRING ADAPTER
:
For three-phase 4-wire (3P4W)
Only four voltage cords need to be connected to the circuit,
instead of six.

Indicates that incorrect operation presents an extreme
hazard that could result in serious injury or death to the

Connecting a Wiring Adapter
• The maximum input voltage is 780 Vrms, 1103 V peak.
Do not measure the voltage exceeding that. It causes
the personal injury as well as damages the product.
• The maximum rated voltage to earth is 600 Vrms.
Do not measure the voltage to earth exceeding that. It
causes the personal injury as well as damages the
product.
• To avoid electric shock, turn the 3196 off when con-
necting a wiring adapter.
