When using the 3-phase/3-wire/2-wattmeter method (3P3W2M), the active power,
reactive power, apparent power, and power factor for each channel are obtained by
means of a two-wattmeter calculation process and do not have physical significance.
However, values for individual channels can serve as reference data when checking
the connection.
If you wish to check the balance of power values for individual channels on a 3-
phase/3-wire circuit, use the 3-phase/3-wire/3-wattmeter method (3P3W3M).

"Appendix2 Three-phase 3-wire Measurement" (p. A2)
