DSH control will be taken in cooling mode. DSH = discharge temperature - condenser coil
temperature.
SSH control will be taken in heating mode. SSH = suction temperature –coil temperature of outdoor
exchanger.
During the system operation, soft will calculate DSH and SSH in a real-time: When the DSH or SSH
deviates from normal range, the soft will interfere with the normal expansion valve control and amend the
expansion valve opening to return DSH or SSH to normal range.
Oil-return Control
1. oil-return in Cooling mode:
When the compressor continues to operate at low frequency for more
than four hours, there will be an oil return. The compressor increases the frequency, and thus to
return the oil in refrigerate system to the compressor.
2. oil return in Healing mode:
If there is no action to defrost for more than eight hours, the system
will carry out a heating oil return. Heating oil return uses heating reverse cycle and bring the oil back
to the compressor by making use of liquid refrigerant.
Operation Mode
1 Mode Categories
Air conditioning mode is the operation mode set by users through remote controller, five modes are
available: cooling, heating, dehumidification, as welll as fan mode and automatic mode. Automatic
operation refers to automatic switching to one of the above three state - cooling, heating and fan mode.
2 Mode conflict
The operating mode of outdoor unit is decided by the operating mode of the indoor unit firstly booted.
Indoor unit subsequently booted will firstly determine whether it’s own mode is conflict with the outdoor
mode. If so, the indoor unit will automatically shut down after three beeps; If there is no conflict, the indoor
unit will boot normally. The relationship of mode conflict is as follows:

Temperature on/off Control (Decide the Switch-action automatically according to the change of
the environmental temperature)
Cooling mode:
Once switched on, if the indoor temperature is 1
℃
higher than the set value, the temperature on
operation is allowed; if the indoor temperature is 1
℃
lower than the set value, temperature off operation
will be taken.(The indoor unit can’t turn off within 5 minutes after switching on).
